At Sihoo, we want you to love your ergonomic setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble your chair or desk carefully and place all components back into the original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and tools are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
